Refund Policy

 

We hope you love our products as much as we do. However if you are not entirely satisfied with the goods you can return them to us for a full refund. We ask that you notify us within 7 days of receiving the goods and that you return them to us within 14 days with the returns form provided. The returned products must be new, in perfect condition and in the original packaging, all fragile items must be securely packaged. We strongly recommend that you obtain proof of postage for the goods as we can take no responsibility for goods lost in transit.If you are returning a larger item delivered to you by courier, we will arrange for the collection of the goods. Please note the customer is responsible for the cost of the return journey, the price of which will be deducted from your refund.

Should the goods we deliver be faulty or damaged, you should contact us by the above methods within seven (7) days of receipt of the goods and return the goods to us promptly.

 

The goods are deemed faulty if :
(1) They do not correspond with description/design selected.
(2) There is a manufacturing fault or hidden defect, which was present at the time of delivery.

 

We reserve the right to refuse to accept returned goods not in their original condition, at our own discretion.

Please note that all returns of goods are made at your own cost and risk until they are returned safely to us. We recommend that UK customers send the goods to us via Royal Mail Special Delivery or some other form of insured postage.

Please retain your shipping or postal documentation so that we can complete your request in the event of goods being lost in transit.

We will inform you as soon as we receive the returned goods and we will then process your request either by a refund or replacement as quickly as possible.
